With over 15 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research, clinical operations, and project management, Rudy has worked across some of the industry's most respected organizations — spanning multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, diabetes, respiratory, cardiology, and rare diseases.

That cross-functional depth gives him a rare understanding of what it takes to succeed in clinical research at every level, from entry-level CRA to senior leadership.

Rudy holds the prestigious Q-IAOCR certification from the International Association of Clinical Research Organizations, making him one of the few credentialed clinical research trainers delivering career-focused education globally. He is also a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), combining industry expertise with proven coaching methodology.

He built YANA Careers to give professionals the structured, expert-guided path into the industry that didn't exist when he started. To date, the platform has helped 300+ professionals launch or advance their clinical research careers across pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic medical centers.

Originally from Cameroon, Rudy brings a global perspective and is passionate about expanding access to clinical research careers across Africa, Europe, and North America.
